To institutionalize thematic inspection and monitoring activities, this Regional Office conducted a Seminar-Workshop on the Salient Provisions of RA 9165 and the Chain of Custody Rule of Evidence, attended by personnel of the Technical Services Division. These topics were discussed by esteemed guest speakers, Atty. Jason T. Matoza, Chief of the Legal and Prosecution Section of PDEA 8 and Atty. Percival P. Dolina, Associate City Prosecutor of the Tacloban City Prosecutor’s Office last February 18, 2021.
